Our Yoga classes are a great way to unwind. Led by a rotating group of excellent instructors, you are sure to get a great workout and have a relaxing experience.

Each class is held on a "give what you can" donation basis with proceeds used to benefit a local bike cause or group. With your help, we can make DC an incredible place for cyclists one breath at a time.

If you have your own mat, please bring it-- otherwise, we have some mats to lend out. With bikes moved out of the way, participants will be able to arrange themselves comfortably on the shop floor to get stretched and unstressed!

Monday night classes are frequently at capacity (22 students), so attendees are encouraged to arrive at 7:15 (10-15 minutes early) to claim their space. Class begins at 7:30 and late comers cannot be accommodated.
