BicycleSPACE Salesperson

You’re a problem solver and matchmaker. You delight in pairing your customer with the right products for their needs. Your energy, enthusiasm and can-do spirit create such a positive impression that the customer is drawn into a long-term relationship with the company. 

As a salesperson, 

  • You have a strong interest in bicycling

  • You know something about BicycleSPACE brands and/or you’re a quick study to learn new products and features

  • You’re approachable and genuinely at ease with people

  • You’re a talker, able to converse freely and comfortably with small groups and individual customers

  • You embrace the challenge of both listening to what your customer is saying and reading their mind to intuit what they’re not saying

  • You’re flexible with your schedule and willing to work based on business needs

  • You are ready & willing to help keep the shop clean & organized

 BicycleSPACE Mechanics

You’ll handle a wrench with grace and you’ll charm customers with the steely determination of an everyday superhero. That’s not our word. That’s what our customers think of our “people-person” mechanics. Super heroic, super fun, super problem solvers.

As a people-person mechanic, you will 

  • Be genuinely happy to meet the customer as a person first, not just a person whose bike needs work

  • Recognize and respect the opportunity to serve the customer; be grateful for their decision to do business with us

  • Follow a thorough check-in process

  • Handle multiple customer service situations at once

  • Quickly triage customers in rush situations

  • Accurately gauge customers’ expectations and meet them as best as possible

  • Meet deadlines

  • Keep the work space clean and organized

As a skilled mechanic, you can perform 

  • New bike assembly

  • All basic adjustments

  • Wheel truing

  • Spoke replacement

  • Basic hub overhaul

  • Hydraulic brake bleeding
