Calling you and your flannel friends! We invite you to don your most tasteful tartan and join us for an unforgettable bike ride through Washington, D.C. to celebrate the crisp fall weather. This year we'll explore new neighborhoods on the ride, including a loop through the beautiful National Arboretum, before we make our way to the festivities at Bardo. Demo fat bikes from Surly, challenge your friends to games, take in food and drink, as well as learn about bikepacking and camping.

Ride departs at noon from BicycleSPACE Adams Morgan, expect to arrive at Bardo around 1:30pm.

Our first annual Plaid Ride and Lumberjack Games was a rousing success. Timber was felled, flapjacks devoured, and sappy hills climbed. All of us here at BicycleSPACE had a great time organizing and pulling this event off. After everybody gathered downtown, all dressed in their most tasteful tartan, we departed on a splendid ride through the city.
